✔️ Orders placed before 11pm in dubai are for same day delivery else next-day delivery.
✔️ We offer 7-day-a-week delivery services, excluding public holidays.
✔️ We strive to ship your order by noon on the following business day. However, unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or severe weather conditions may cause slight delays in the shipment.
✔️ Customer can choose our delivery options between Standard and Express delivery. Additional fees will be clearly displayed during checkout based on the chosen service.
✔️ We do not require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the items when they are shipped.
✔️ While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
✔️ Pre-order items will have different delivery dates, which you can check by connecting with our support team.
✔️ Kindly note that shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order is placed. We will ship to the address provided during the original order placement. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
